Description Job Opportunity: Systems AdministratorWe are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing network equipment, systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. This is an onsite role in Lake City, FL.Key Responsibilities:

Network Management: Optimize the performance, connectivity, and availability of our local and wide area networks.

IT Service Desk Support: Act as a primary contact for the IT Service Desk, ensuring prompt responses to user needs and service requests.

User Account Administration: Handle the administration of network user accounts, including onboarding, changes, and terminations.

System Integrity: Maintain and protect the integrity of our network, data, communication systems, and workstations.

Collaboration: Work with the technology team and other staff to establish proactive network support processes and procedures.

Technical Support: Install, troubleshoot, and support computer solutions, office software and hardware, network, server, and telephone systems.

Equipment Repair Coordination: Coordinate repairs for equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements and perform hardware repairs for non-covered equipment.

Project Participation: Engage in technology management projects, including configuring and deploying networks, network hardware, communication systems, servers, and related software.

Documentation: Maintain network documentation and log all project work, change management tasks, and support interactions in the ticketing system.

Policy Adherence: Follow IT department strategies, processes, policies, and procedures.

Innovative Solutions: Provide creative solutions to deliver the best service to our customers.

Active Directory Proficiency: Skilled in managing network resources using Active Directory.

Windows Server 2019 Expertise: Experienced in server management tasks with Microsoft Windows Server 2019.

Server Infrastructure Management: Strong understanding of managing and deploying server infrastructure with Microsoft Windows Server.

Intune Expertise: Proficient in mobile device management, mobile application management, and PC management using Intune.

SCCM Skills: Experienced in system deployment, patch management, network protection, and software distribution with Microsoft SCCM.

Deployment Management: Capable of handling deployments in a corporate environment.

Windows OS Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Windows OS for system administration tasks.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team and Independent Work: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
