Solidus is searching for a Systems Engineer.

Responsibilities: • Analyzes/manages Requirements • Manages/creates application architecture/design • Designs tests • Performs trade studies

Requirements: - ship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance - BS in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, etc. • Recruiting to a range of levels of experience - 2 to 6+ years

Experience in the following: • Experience with fast-paced Agile development • Experience contributing to the architecture/design, development, and testing of requirements of system components • Experience with best practices in disciplined use of system and model-based engineering, bug tracking, design reviews, and multi-layered testing • Ability to function well in a creative, high-temp, collaborative, cross-functional, dynamic, and multi-disciplinary environment • Experience in both Windows and Linux/Unix environments • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Experience with model based system engineering tools (MagicDraw, etc.) • Experience with requirements development and breakdown • Experience with the Atlassian tool suite (Jira, Fisheye, Crucible, Bitbucket, Confluence)
