- Provision, manage, monitor, test, and decommission services.
- Stay current on assigned technical concepts; model and enforce best practices.
- Evaluate, plan and implement medium- and large-sized projects.
- Apply knowledge of the corporate network, infrastructure systems, CI/CD pipelines and possess broad scripting and troubleshooting skills.
- Document and resolve complex problems.
- Report progress to leaders.

- Competent to work in all phases of engineering including troubleshooting and projects; always takes the implications of changes to the current technical environment into consideration before acting.
- Typically has 3-7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the implementation, maintenance and scaling of Citrix XenApps version v7.x Windows Server Operating System and related services
- Extensive experience in Active Directory and all related services
- Microsoft PowerShell Scripting
- Server, Desktop and Application Virtualization
- Windows Server Networking concepts
- Experience with data protection and disaster recovery systems
- Windows Server configuration and patching
- System performance monitoring and optimization
- Windows Server Web Services
- Experience with Systems monitoring tools
- Microsoft Azure experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor.
- Must be a personable, positive, and professional representative of the company.
- Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone, video conferences and in person.
- Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.
- Ability to accept supervision.
- Consistent attendance is required, which may include attendance at after-hour Company events.
- At a minimum, the ability to work from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
