Analyzing, executing and monitoring all Information Technology (IT) requests for data access, hardware and software in Industrial Operations
Supporting Industrial Operations IT solutions and processes in Industrial Operations and users of these solutions
Assisting in the design, development, testing, documentation, optimization and implementation of Industrial Operations specific SharePoint, MS Access and Excel solutions for Industrial Operations support departments
Supporting the development and maintenance of IT reporting systems
Monitoring data consistency across different data sources
Monitoring, researching and identifying Industrial Operation process/system errors and solutions
Making sure IT standards are adhered to
Researching new technology when current tools are not effective
Developing, delivering and maintaining the following:
Written systems procedures
Installation procedures
Problem determination and resolution guides
Training programs (formal and informal)
Disaster preparedness/recovery plans
User support tools
Participating on various Industrial Operations IT project teams
Working with Industrial Operations Systems Support Engineers to resolve higher level problems and
Working on special projects as needed.

In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.Maximum Base Pay:31.35Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
two (2) years of experience using Microsoft Office applications as a main component of their job
must have an excellent attendance and punctuality record
ability to communicate effectively with associates and groups in all levels of the company

demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
ability to establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with Information Systems and user community

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree in computer science or in an analytical discipline
two years of IT support experience
two years of Publix Request process experience
intermediate to advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
intermediate Microsoft (MS) Excel skills (i.e., if statements, lookups)
intermediate Microsoft (MS) Access skills (i.e., create simple tables, queries, forms, reports)
two years of enterprise system experience (SAP, Dallas, TMS, etc.)
knowledge of structured writing and
knowledge of CQI methodology, which includes WIN and QIP
