Tag and Title Clerk

Florida Fine Cars is currently looking for an experienced Tag Title clerk to join our team. This specific position will be located at one of our dealerships in Miami Garden.

What you’ll do:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

Accurately prepare and process title and tag documents for local and out of state titling.

Confirm accurate VIN number, odometer reading and releases of liens and that titles contain no alterations

Process Wholesale Title Work and Out of State title work

Accurately process incoming title daily from other wholesale and dealerships

Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies

Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Maintain a high level of confidentiality

Education and Experience:

High School diploma preferred

2+ years of Title Work Experience

1+ Years of Wholesale and Our of State Title Processing

Must Be Fluent in English; Bilingual preferred

Must be Customer Service oriented, hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile

Required Abilities and Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Time management skills to prioritize and meet deadlines

Self-motivated, dependable, and able to multitask

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
