Holy Cross is seeking dedicated and passionate Teacher Aides to join our Christ-centered learning community. We are committed to nurturing students academically, spiritually, and personally, and we are looking for individuals who share our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education

Assist with lesson preparation and classroom management

Foster a positive and nurturing environment rooted in Christian values

Supervise students during activities and transitions

Encourage and model Christ-like behavior to students

Qualifications:

A heart for Christian education and a personal commitment to Jesus Christ

Experience working with children (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to support the teacher’s instruction and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere

Must meet Holy Cross requirements for employment (background check, etc.)
