Our competitive compensation and benefit programs reflect Boehringer Ingelheim's high regard for our employees.Duties & Responsibilities:Supervise the daily activities and scheduling, ensuring all supplies are readily available and personnel needs are scheduled as to maintain manufacturing schedules.

Monitor all phases of departmental processes to insure compliance with approved Outlines of Production, Special Outlines, 9CFR guidelines, and internal Standard Operating Procedures. Responsible for reporting deviations when necessary.

Ensure the facilities and equipment are maintained.

Monitor manufacturing paperwork to ensure accurate and complete information is documented.

Train and review performance of personnel at regular intervals.

Represent manufacturing on cross functional teams in investigation, analysis, and resolution of issues and continuous improvement.

Will lead investigation of laboratory errors to identify root cause and prevent repeated errors.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:Master's degree OR Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in related field, with four (4) years related experience, OR Associates degree from an accredited institution in related field, with six (6) years related experience; OR ten (10) years related experience.

Be proficient in manufacturing processes for specific department duties.

Familiarity with USDA/9 CFR regulations governing the manufacturing of autogenous animal biologics.

Be familiar and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies including the USDA/CVB, C-CVB, VICH, OSHA, Federal, State, and Local Agencies.

Ability to work occasional weekends, and be on call to respond to alarms at manufacturing facilities.

Must pass medical clearance/fit testing when required.

May lift 50 pounds on occasion, able to bend, twist, and perform fine motor manipulations

Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
