Tech Supportfor a globally renowned Tax, Audit, and Consulting firm in the Lake Mary, FLarea!Location:On-Site in Lake Mary, FLPay:$16 - $17, Depending on ExperienceContract: 1-yearResponsibilities:- Assists infrastructure teams where local hands on activities.
- Documents problems and resolutions for knowledge bases, original equipment manufacturervendors, and service tickets.
- Responsible fortechnical aspects of security, risk and compliance activities, which may include backup compliance, antivirus & malware protection, device encryption, mobile device management enrollment and status reporting.
- Promote ITS services, engage customers to understand business needs and maintains ownership for problem resolution.
- Performs otherduties as assigned.
- 1 + year experience within an administrative, clerical, shipping, or retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong ability to collaborate with team members.
