• Ten years of experience as a software development project Business Analyst.
• Ten years of experience with facilitating meetings.

• Five years of experience with software testing.
• Ten years of experience documenting process flows.
• Five years of experience creating and reviewing ERDs
• Five years of experience creating user guides.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
• Deep understanding of business and technology requirements collection methodology
• Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, .Net, Java.
