Job Purpose:This position requires a thorough knowledge of the AASHTOWare software suite as well as Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) practices and procedures for estimation, bid, award, execution & administration of construction contracts. This position serves in the development, customization, security and support of the AASHTOWare software modules. Moreover, this position will participate in the installation and testing of Project Construction & Material software (PrC) and Project Pre-Construction software (PrP). Primary Job Duties/Tasks:Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:In particular, this position participates in the following activities:• Coordination of all information, regarding the current versions and revision plans for all AASHTOWare Project Modules, with all associated offices of the Department utilizing AASHTOWare Project as well as the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and AASHTO’s Vendor.• Participate in AASHTOWare Technical Review Teams and Technical Advisory Groups relating to the AASHTOWare Modules utilized by FDOT• Coordinates Issue leaders Group Leaders meetings as well as those of other AASHTOWare Related Groups as required.• Monitor data quality using the data integrity reports and database analysis to provide recommendations for corrective action• Develop roles, screen layouts; workflows/phases and security access levels in the PrP or PrC system.• Handle the OIT Security Access Request, (AARF) process for the AASHTOWare Modules. This includes advising managers & Users in the proper AASHTOWare security access to request and performing the necessary actions regarding an AARF Request on a timely basis.• Assist AASHTOWare Project user community with training requirements.• Assist the Maintenance and Construction Site Manager Coordinators as required.• Assist the Contracts Administration Office as required.• Assist the State Construction Office as required.• Other tasks, as needed, in support of AASHTOWare Project software including integration with other Integrated Contract Systems as well as other areas under the responsibility of the State Construction Systems Engineer and the Contracts Administration Office.This position reports to the State Construction Systems Engineer. About the Candidate:

QualificationsA high school diploma or equivalent with at least journey-level work experience in Audiovisual Support with apprentice-level experience in supporting Information Technology. Some academic or vocational level education is preferred.
