Technical Program Manager

Job Title: Technical Product ManagerWork Schedule: REMOTE (monthly travel to Miami)Work Hours: Monday to Friday (EST 8:00am – 5:00pm)Contract Details: Ends 12/31/24Pay Rate: 65-$70hrWe are seeking a mid to senior-level Technical Product Manager with expertise in technical systems. The ideal candidate will be capable of scoping new product features, conducting market research, and estimating project requirements. Proficiency in App Development and Content Development Management Systems is essential, with preference given to candidates familiar with McGraw Hill Ecosystems. This role entails serving as a liaison between customer application development teams and McGraw Hill internal systems, ensuring seamless integration of workflows. The candidate must possess exceptional organizational skills to facilitate multiple teams and meet aggressive timelines and goals.This candidate will be responsible for task tracking, delegation, and ensuring the completion of tasks to drive project success.MUST HAVES:

Proficiency with mobile applications and Content Development Management Systems.

Familiarity with technologies and systems such as Ansa, Notion, Revenuecat, and Segment.

Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to operate across different levels with a high-level strategic understanding.

Capacity to translate strategic objectives into practical next steps.

Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with Business Unit leaders across BU Collaboration.

Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
