- 10+ years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience.
- Strong infrastructure background.
- One to three years' experience with end user device deployment
- One to three years' experience working in a Financial Services (specifically Consumer Retail Banking) Technology environment experience.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing large and complex IT projects. Full life cycle development experience. Experience with proven project methodology tools. PMI or PMP certification.
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework, knowledge groups & life cycle.
- Minimum 5 years' experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams.
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, meets business and technical requirements and is within the agreed budget. Projects may be internally resourced and via third parties.
- Expertise in the areas of program and project integration, resource forecasting, budgeting, project and program reporting, prioritization, tool selection, application and integration, variance analysis and communication. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products specifically: Microsoft Outlook; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft Word; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Project.
- Experience in providing written communications to targeted audiences.
- Proficiency using Web Browsers specifically: Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
- Proficiency using Collaboration Tools specifically: Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.
- Proficiency using Telecommunications Tools (Desk Phone and Mobile Phone).
