- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for issues related to computer systems, hardware, software, telephony, printers, mobile devices, and other IT-managed systems.
- Respond quickly and effectively to requests received through our Helpdesk ticket system.
- Thoroughly document results for future use in troubleshooting and reporting.
- Manage and execute workstation and laptop setup, deployment, and refresh cycles.
- Manage and execute hardware and software installations, upgrades, and configurations as needed.
- Assist with support and troubleshooting across a broad spectrum of systems and software.
- Other IT duties as assigned.
- 3 Years: Computer hardware & software maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting.
- 2 Years: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013+ applications.
- 2 Years: Client-Server connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP, switches, routers, cabling).
- 2 Years: Help Desk.
- Ability to troubleshoot common hardware/software issues.
- Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
- Ability to quickly gain new skills and knowledge when faced with new challenges.
- Excellent customer service acumen, patience, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication, team-working, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to a wide range of end-users.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and crawl beneath workspaces when necessary.
- Responsibilities occasionally require working evenings and weekends, sometimes with little advanced notice.
- Reliable transportation.
- Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (Required).
