Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Technical Writer for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Financial clients in Tampa, FL, Irving, TX, and Jersey City, NJ. Responsibilities :

Partner with the business to understand the desktop Procedures documentation and create an Operating Procedure model.
May be required to help strengthen the Procedure manuals currently in place.
Work with internal groups to review procedures and perform walkthroughs to clarify any gaps in processes.
Must understand the tools and resources at Firm to ensure procedures are reviewed, approved and stored appropriately.

Required Skills:

Strong organizational experience is required.
Experience documenting procedures for large transactional data elements.
Must have expertise in workflow documentation
Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder engagement is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Blue Works preferred
