RESPONSIBILITIES:A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Technical Writer in Hollywood, Florida (FL).
Responsibilities include: A Technical Writer will author, edit, review documentation set for complex data management and data quality software solution Work with internal resources to collaborate with software developers, and attend engineering meetings to gather, write, publish technical information for internal and external audiences The Technical Writer deliverables include in-depth user guides, developer guides, release notes, technical overviews, and in-product help documentation Test both the product and its documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistencyREQUIREMENTS: Background in software engineering, technical writing, teaching, curriculum development, or scientific publication Experience in technical writing of software documentation Familiarity with software development concepts and tools Experience working with Agile and Scrum software development teams Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Experiencing with coding languages Experience using API documentation Experience with documentation-publishing software or content management systems Experience creating infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, workflows, graphs, etc. Experience working within cloud, SaaS, or web-based technology environment Excellent writing and proofreading skills with obsessive attention to detail Strong technical aptitude-ability to quickly learn new concepts and toolsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
