Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Tenant Administrator in Miami, Florida. The primary function of this role is to manage vendor relationships and ensure the smooth processing of tenant leases and rent rolls. You will be working in a dynamic environment where you will be handling various administrative tasks related to tenant management.Responsibilities: Accurately enter and manage vendor invoices. Maintain and update tenant leases and rent rolls regularly. Resolve any discrepancies found in invoices or tenant records. Liaise with subcontractors and manage subcontractor proposals. Ensure accurate and efficient data entry related to tenant administration. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Handle any tenant related inquiries and provide assistance as needed. Monitor tenant accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Continuously improve processes and systems related to tenant administration. Maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality service. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Tenant Administrator role or similar Proficiency in data entry tasks Experience in handling tenant leases and rent rolls Familiarity with the process of entering vendor invoices Ability to manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors Experience in handling subcontractor proposals Proven skills in managing vendor relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively Proficient in using standard office software and tools Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
