Description:You will be the Test Engineer, Sr. for the Missiles and Fire Control team in Ocala. Our team is responsible for the overall maintenance of test equipment.What You Will Be DoingAs the Test Engineer, Sr., you will be responsible test procedure development, test planning and preparation, test procedure execution, coordinate system resources to support testing, support test development, integration, anomaly resolution and corrective action. Learn more here: Global DEI.This position is located in Ocala, FL.MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Basic Qualifications: B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology, or related discipline. 5+ years of professional Electrical/Electronics Engineering experience in a production facility, or 3+ years with a M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical or Electronics Engineering Technology, or related discipline. Experience with automated systems and manufacturing processes. Ability to read schematics. Experience using common measurement equipment such as a multimeter and oscilloscope. System-level troubleshooting experience. Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.Desired Skills: Experience with analog, RF and/or digital circuits. Experience with common electronic test equipment. Ability to interpret test requirements and electrical test results. Ability to conduct detailed failure analysis. Leadership traits and ability to lead presentations. Ability to develop and implement root cause and corrective actions. Previous experience with programming languages such as C and C. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
