• 15+ yrs. of experience in software engineering - QA testing
• Excellent communication and management qualities to host meetings with stakeholders and drive testing delivery
• Experience in Agile testing methodology
• Experience using Jira
• Managed end-to-end testing delivery for complex project through multiple sprints
• Good understanding of eCommerce applications
• Familiar with Web, API, Data, Performance, Mobile, etc testing
• Japanese timezone from time to time - once a week - teams in Japan and India
