They are good team players, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, well-organized, and ambitious about developing as a sales professional.This territory includes all of South Florida including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach and Jupiter.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESo Successfully complete all required product and sales related training curriculum.o Fully knowledgeable about the anatomy and capable of effectively explaining after the completion of sales training.o Must possess a competitive spirit and place a high value on ethical standards with regard to surgical procedures and patient outcomeso Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skillso Support Inventory Managemento Educate healthcare providers including surgeons in a clinic and hospital setting on the safe and proper use of our products.o Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the sales representatives to increase sales in their respective accountso Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve quotas for assigned products, which may include cold calling to develop new customers, qualifying and following up on leads and selling to new and/or existing accountso Thrive in an environment of variety and rapid growth & change.o Ability to work with deadlines, frequent assignment changes, periodic heavy workload, rapidly changing technology and dynamic business growtho Excellent communication and presentation skills.o Accustomed to working independently with a high degree of accountability.o Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.o Adhere to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:o Bachelor's degree in related disciplineo 3 plus years of Hospital Based medical device sales experienceo Ability to work in an operating room environmento Willingness to travel within your defined regiono Willingness to relocate if/when the opportunity ariseso Good written and verbal communication skillso Ability to master anatomy, pathology, procedures, products and applicationo Good knowledge of MS Office Suiteo A valid driver's licenseEdwards is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer including protected Veterans and individuals with disabilities.Edwards is committed to complying with the requirements and guidance from our government authorities and to protecting our vulnerable patients and the healthcare providers who are treating them around the world.
