Our organization is looking for a professional Kronos functional analyst to work in an environmentwithin the HR Operations organization whose focus is its culture. HR Operations focuses on customer service for our employees and managers enabling them to achieve our company’s values.

Kronos Functional Specialist performs the tasks necessary toanalyze, design, implement and support Kronos Workforce Dimensions application. The position will require working closely with HR, Payroll, Business, I&T and Kronos Vendor to develop and implement solutions as part of ongoing support as well as new implementations. The position will require working with project teams toensure upgrades and major enhancements, are well tested limiting the impact to end users, HR and Payroll.

This individual should demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity and professionalism. In addition, the candidate will have the ability and aptitude for leadership and self-motivation, possessing strong analytical skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for a broad range of data support for Kronos with primary focuses on execution of end-to-end time collection processes and all tasks associated with Workforce Dimensions.
  • Conducts day-to-day research to resolve issues reported by employees, managers, HRSC (HR Service) to ensure business requirements are met. Escalate issues that are complex and cannot be resolved by the functional team.
  • Works with the business to gather requirements and partner, with I&T to develop solutions within Kronos.
  • Collaborates in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners and I&T teams on projects, support activities, application development, and standardization.
  • Creates detailed functional design, tests, and implementation documentation necessary.
  • Maintains current knowledge of industry trends, and standards.
  • Serves as Subject Matter Expert for HR Operations regarding Kronos and participates as the SME in various ad hoc projects.
  • Collaborates with HRSC Supervisor and HR Operations Americas leadership by introducing Kronos changes, providing training to HRSC and payroll teams related to Time Management processes.
  • Creates, monitors, and closes out tickets in case management tool, as well as work closely with other HR staff members and HR Systems to provide service and support to all other HR functional areas.
  • Ensures that case notes are professionally written and that they thoroughly and accurately detail the problem and the proposed resolution.
  • Responsible for adhering to appropriate HR Operations Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
  • Ensures HR Operations’ key objective of trust adheres to accepting ownership for accomplishing business requests building relationship with COE, HR, HR Operations and other organizations within CSL.
  • Identifies escalation trends and opportunities for process improvement and/or new solutions.
  • Assists in identifying areas to improve communications and efficiency of operations and implementing changes.
  • Builds positive relationship with Plasma, Behring and Seqirus business partner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Kronos Workforce Dimensions product knowledge with focus on Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles respectively.
  • Strong background interfacing with other HR systems preferred.
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills/strong multitasking.
  • Experience in updating and configuring application building blocks.
  • Create and modify training materials. Deliver training as necessary to the HRSC, Payroll team, and business.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree, in Human Resources, Business or related field; IHRIM a plus.

Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience working with Kronos Workforce Dimensions application (Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, and Analytics).
  • 1-3 years’ experience working with Kronos Workforce or Dimensions Integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications with an emphasis towards highly available and scalable global solutions.
  • Knowledge of case management systems
