We are a high quality well equipped auto repair facility and we are looking for a automotive lube and tire technician .If you are mechanically inclined and have some auto repair and tire changing experience this can be a great opportunity for you!

We will consider different levels of experience for this position ranging from very little to a little more advanced, pay will be based on experience and ability to perform needed tasks.

Must have a valid drivers license and transportation.

Must be physically able to do some heavy lifting from time to time if need be.

This position is an excellent opportunity to learn more about the automotive repair trade. Many very successful people have started out as lube/ tire technicians at our shop and gone on to be ASE technicians, ASE master technicians , Service Advisers and Shop Foreman. All these positions are in high demand all over the country and you can rest assured that you will never have a hard time finding work if you choose to be in this industry.

A good attitude, determination, self discipline and a willingness to occasionally get out of your comfort zone are some of the necessary attributes needed to use this position as a springboard to your success if you decide to.

We supply basic tools for this entry level position as well as in house training and other training opportunities.

We offer the following benefits

1) Five day work weeks, Monday through Friday. Look around and you will see how rare this is getting to be, most national and many local shops make Saturday a mandatory workday, and some demand that you work at least one Sunday a month.

2) Paid holidays (after 90 days) including, New Years day, Christmas, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.(Also bonus extended holidays when team goals are achieved)

3) Paid vacations, up to two weeks per year!

4) We are closed the week between Christmas and New Years, this is done with pay.

5) Christmas Bonus and monthly bonus based on shops total production (after one year)

Please keep in mind we are not looking for a seasoned technician or anybody that can rebuild engines at this time. We need somebody that can change tires and do oil changes and may want to move up from there eventually.
