Job Description:

SUMMARY IT Tools Integration Manager position will be responsible for ensuring an effective IT Tools setup and efficient E2E processes throughout the IT organization. Manage, develop, and support the current tools landscape. Establish, drive, and implement the IT Roadmap, ensuring to develop the right solutions delivering value to our customers and our key stakeholders (internal IT teams and business) in alignment with technology roadmap. Manage software license compliance and provide high quality professional day-to-day execution and oversight of complex software license agreements and deployments to obtain license positions for various software purchases, manage entitlement vs. usage compliance, and to provide license optimization advice. Implement and manage tools platform incident management, problem management, change management, release management and SDLC tool integration . This position is also responsible for managing a team of tools configuration engineers.

    • Manage a team of tools configuration engineers responsible for implementing and managing JIRA, Service Desk and Flexera tools and access for other tools in the IT department
    • Manage Flexera ITSM platform; achieve adherence to license entitlements including major vendor like Oracle, IBM, MS with all the licensing agreement complexities
    • Review IT Tools, identify opportunities for consolidation, integration, elimination of tools and work with individual tool owners to achieve optimal tool landscape
    • Manage JIRA, Bitbucket, and Integration with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and Incident/problem management platform
    • Serve as the primary advocate and Subject Matter Expert for Atlassian
    • Lead implementation of Incident/Problem/Change/Release Management platform and integration with JIRA
    • Collaborate with IT architect team to make sure IT tools (current and future) are aligned with the future state roadmap
    • Drive automation / active directory integration for user management across various tools to drive better compliance/adherence

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience, MBA is a plus
    • ITIL Certification is a plus

    • 7+ years of experience in managing IT collaboration tools like service now, JIRA etc.
    • 7+ years of hands on experience in using SDLC and Collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, Clarity, Skype Business, PPM, and MS Office Tools

  • List minimum of knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies required to perform this job.
    • Deep understanding of IT Asset Management and licensing models for various top tier vendors like Oracle, IBM, Microsoft etc.
    • Technical knowledge and experience in IT space to help evaluate existing and proposed tools to identify opportunities for consolidation, integration, or elimination for an optimal set of tools
    • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills
    • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across team to drive tools rationalization
    • Good technical background to research and understand high level capabilities of IT tools
