We are looking for a reliable Turn-Key Floor Technician to join our cleaning and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will handle cleaning, prepping, and maintaining floors in residential and commercial properties, ensuring all surfaces are spotless and move-in ready.

Responsibilities:

Clean, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors in various properties.

Prepare and maintain flooring surfaces for painting, installation, or repair.

Remove debris, dust, and hazardous materials safely.

Operate cleaning equipment, such as buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums.

Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and safe after completion.

Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors.

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Previous experience in floor cleaning maintenance.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions.

Reliable transportation to different job sites.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
