Description We are on the hunt for a proficient US-CTS-ITS-DevOps Engineer to be a part of our established team. Situated in Tampa, Florida, this role provides a unique opportunity to work in the technology industry, with a primary focus on DevOps engineering. The position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be tasked with ensuring the smooth running of our cloud solutions, infrastructure configuration, and application monitoring.Responsibilities: Implementing cloud solutions in accordance with the organization's cybersecurity requirements and compliance controls Utilizing coding languages such as ARM for Azure Cloud Formation for AWS to configure infrastructure Setting up and managing build and release pipelines for cloud and on-premise solutions Monitoring and providing consistent support for the organization's cloud and on-premise applications using approved industry tools Responding effectively and efficiently to service requests from the development organization Participating in on-call rotations during standard working hours in your time zone Ensuring adherence to established best practices in cloud technologies and operations Documenting workflows and support documentation with high technical precision Implementing performance management methods and monitoring tools to optimize cloud solutions and applications Nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Requirements Proficiency in cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure Deep understanding of DevOps methodologies and Agile practices Strong background in computer sciences Experience in implementing and maintaining web applications Ability to use monitoring tools to ensure optimal system performance Knowledge of best practices in IT operations and system maintenance Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint for documentation and reporting Experience with 'About Time' and 'Workstation Support' tools Ability to travel as required by the role Strong ability to train team members on new technologies and practices Experience in compliance with industry and company standards Familiarity with 'R Code' for statistical computing Demonstrated ability in streamlining operations for efficiency Proficiency in metric reporting for performance management Experience in maintaining company websites Strong skills in implementing new systems and practices.
