We are an established and fast-growing used car dealership seeking an experienced Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) Sales Associate.

The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-focused, and knowledgeable about the full BHPH process.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process

Maintain strong follow-up with leads (phone, text, CRM)

Present vehicle options

Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale

Meet or exceed monthly sales goals

Ensure compliance with dealership and state regulations

Qualifications:

BHPH experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)

Strong communication and closing skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic environment

Basic computer/CRM skills

Valid driver’s license
