Utility Outdoor Person needed / Equipment Operator

Home builder needs a new team member.We are looking for an Outside of Home /Yard person to work the outside landscaping and site work for the outside of the new home we are building.

ALL WORK IN SOUTH NAPLES. Residence in Collier County preferred.

Long term employment. 1 ton truck and trailer.

Duties include the following among other things.

1. Properly grade single family homesite with Skid steer track loader and by hand

2. Install under driveway conduits with Mini Excavator

3. Install downspout yard drainage pipe

4. Install plant bed edging

5. Install plants, trees, and mulch

6. Move skid steer loader / mini excavator from job to job

7. Move trailers job to job

8. Clean and organize job sites

9. Scrape lots for fill dirt

10 Spread and compact fill dirt

11. Move and load concrete block on slabs.

12. Install 15" driveway culvert drain pipe and mitered concrete end.

13. Clear vegetation on raw lots

14. Clean up/ rake/ grade/ sweep

15. Maintain Equipment

Need a Valid drivers license. Must know how to shoot a grade with a laser level.

This person needs to take pride in their work and be happy doing it. It's not just a job.

It takes teamwork and communication.
