VBA Macros Excel / Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

The Data Entry Specialist is an integral part of our company’s success. This position helps ensure that orders are processed timely and accurately. They assist in the product listing creation and update process. And they are eager and able to handle the operation of our large format printers and plotters.

Job Activities:

Processing online orders.

Interacting with Excel and spreadsheets.

Working with Marcos and VBA information in Excel

Entering new and updating existing product listings into Excel spreadsheets.

Editing designs in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Various duties that require knowledge of Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, and Walmart sites

and/or general knowledge of placing online product orders.

Maintaining file naming standards and folder structure integrity.

Attributes For Success:

Strong attention to detail. This is a must have.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate or expert knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of Excel macros a plus.

Some basic design experience.

Basic to intermediate experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

Ability to work quickly and accurately.

Website design/HTML/CSS experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Ability to take direction and work independently with accuracy.

Ability to shift gears in a fast-paced environment.

Common sense and a good sense of humor.

Education:

High School or equivalent (minimum), some college (preferred)
