We’re currently looking for an experienced and friendly Veterinary Client Communication Specialist to join our team and serve as the voice of our clinic.Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage all incoming and outgoing client communication by phone. This includes answering calls, performing timely callbacks, and making appointment reminder calls. The ideal candidate has experience in veterinary medicine and understands the importance of clear, compassionate communication in a clinical setting.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional mannerMake outbound calls to follow up on patient care, lab results, and remindersConfirm upcoming appointments and assist with scheduling as neededProvide general information to clients about services, policies, and proceduresDocument all communications accurately in the practice management systemTriage calls appropriately and ensure urgent matters are addressed promptlyCollaborate with the medical and reception teams to ensure seamless client experience
