JPMorgan Chase is looking for a manager dedicated to the application of AI & ML technologies, specifically Generative AI (GenAI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), within our Home Lending organization. This role is integral to enhancing our operational workflows, improving customer experiences, and driving efficiency through innovative AI solutions.Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team focused on the practical application and integration of AI and ML technologies in Home Lending operations.

Work closely with the Home Lending line of business to identify key areas where GenAI and LLMs can add value and drive innovation.

Oversee the development and implementation of AI-driven projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Collaborate with product, technology, and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration of AI tools and systems.

Manage cross-functional relationships to foster a culture of innovation and ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies.

Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in AI and ML, applying this knowledge to improve internal processes and customer services.

Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring skill development and knowledge transfer in AI and ML applications.

Qualifications:

Innovative mindset with a passion for technology-driven business transformation.

Demonstrated experience in implementing AI or ML solutions in a business context, preferably in the financial services industry.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management abilities.

Proficient in communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Advanced knowledge of data governance and ethical considerations in AI, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in addition to adherence to JPMorgan Chase policies and procedures

Exceptional communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to facilitate effective collaboration across different departments.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Strategy/consulting background helpful, but not required.

Experience in Home Lending preferred.
