Videographer for real estate

I am looking for someone to shoot videos with some production value. These would be everything from new real estate listings to community and area amenities. Depending on pricing, I would like to do something ongoing. Should be able to not only shoot videos but prefer somebody who can do editing as well, so these could be posted on YouTube, Facebook, etc

Areas would be concentrated to Palm Beach County primarily North Palm Beach County and Martin County
