Miami, FL-Plan and execute Curriculum implementation aligned with Florida's Early Learning and Developmental Standards, focusing on early literacy, math, language development, and social skills. -Develop instructional material, coordinate educational content, and incorporate current technology into instruction to provide guidelines to teachers for developing curricula. -Manage, establish, and maintain a positive and structured classroom environment. -Monitor and asses children's progress through observations, informal assessments and standardized tools. -Provide individualized instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students. -Encourage social interactions, problem-solving, and emotional regulation skills. -Maintain open and professional communication with parents through regular updates, reports, and meetings. -Follow all state regulations and program guidelines, including health and safety procedures, licensing requirements, and classroom ratios. Bachelor's degree or its equivalent (combination of education + exp.) in Early Childhood Education; 24 months exp. as Preschool Teacher. CDA (CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE CREDENTIAL) FLORIDA STAFF CREDENTIAL COMPLETION OF STATE-MANDATED VPK TRAINING.
