Warehouse Coordinator

Receives, stores, and ships goods and materials in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.

Maintains accurate inventory records and performs regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

Communicates with vendors, customers, and internal teams to coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.

Ensures proper handling, packaging, and labeling of materials to prevent damage and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move materials within the warehouse.

Performs basic maintenance and cleaning of warehouse equipment and facilities.

Collaborates with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.

Assists with the preparation of shipping documents and ensures compliance with all transportation regulations.

Conducts safety checks to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the warehouse.

Recommends process improvements to streamline warehouse operations and reduce costs.
