Position: Web Applications Developer

Location: 4052 Bald Cypress Way Tallahassee, FL 32399

Duration: 3 Years contract

PURPOSE: This scope of work is for application developer services to provide maintenance, support, and development of several applications necessary to support operations

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENING: The Department will conduct a criminal history record check, including fingerprinting, on the consultant assigned by the Contractor prior to the consultant commencing work for the Department. The Department retains sole discretion as to whether the results of the criminal history record check will result in the Contractor's employee being disqualified from performing services pursuant to this agreement.

CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

5.1. Six years of experience developing applications in C# .Net & VB .Net;

5.2. Three years of experience with HTML 5.4;

5.3. Six years of experience with MVC;

5.4. Three years of experience with Angular X.0 (not Angular. js)

5.5. Six years of experience with Visual Studio;

5.6. Six years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views;

5.7. Six years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements;

5.8. Six years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption;

5.9. Six years of experience with web accessibility standards;

5.10. Six years of experience with Integrations using REST web services, including JSON and XML data transport;

5.11. Three years of experience with SSRS;

5.12. Six years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices;

5.13. Six years of experience developing web-based applications;

5.14. Familiarity with SQL managed instance and Azure ASE environment deployment;

5.15. Familiarity with Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration;

5.16. Familiarity experience with Azure DevOps;

5.17. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience
