Candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

• 5 years of experience in UI (user interface) and UX (user experience) design for desktop and mobile web applications.
• 5 years of experience in responsive design and grid principles.
• 5 years of experience in typography, ideation, layout/concept design and prototyping.
• 5 years of experience in at least two of the following industry tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Sketch, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle, InVision.
• 5 years of experience in SEO focused web design to improve search engines ranking of web pages.
• 5 years of experience in UI/UX design using Bootstrap, HTML5/XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript frameworks and jQuery.
• 5 years of experience in logo designing and animation.
• Desire to learn and grow as a designer.
