This role is part of our Golf group. Golf fuses the team behind products and services like GolfNow, TeeOff and GolfPass, which better connects golfers and golf facilities around the world through innovative solutions like cloud-based golf course management and SmartPlay contactless technology and services that create optimum golfing experiences.Come join us as we work together as one team to innovate and deliver what’s Next. This position reports to the Business Services Support Manager and is responsible for maintaining and providing support for the websites of course partners. Our Business Services Support team provides top-tier system and operations support for our platform’s golf course partners ensuring their websites accurately display their offers, course details, and booking engine.Job DutiesManage all internal request queues, including website support updates and new requests.Respond to inbound correspondence from course partners regarding the operations and administration of their websites via phone and email.Provide training materials to course partners on how to manage their websites and create new content for the courses.Become an expert in WordPress VIP, GolfNow's website management tool that hosts all course websites and emails.Ensure that metrics such as cases closed, accuracy, client surveys, and inbound and outbound calls are consistently met.Research additional website plugins that could benefit our partners and provide a greater opportunity for increased sales.Perform other related duties as assigned.
