Job Title: Weekend SMT OperatorJob DescriptionSeeking a diligent Machine Operator to perform surface mount assembly of printed circuit boards. Responsibilities include prepping production lines, monitoring quality levels during production runs, setting up and verifying feeders, operating SMT screen printers, checking ESD compliance, following ISO process sheets, handling materials, loading reels and programs into machines, assisting in machine change-overs, maintaining department records, developing a thorough understanding of department processes, conducting visual inspections to ensure correct component placement, logging defects, managing non-conforming materials, and communicating equipment or program issues to relevant support teams. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.Hard Skills
