Position: Metal Fabricator Helper / Welder’s Assistant

Environment: Clean & somewhat organized Air-Conditioned Workshop

Schedule: Full-time - Flexible

Location: Local PB County applicants preferred

JOB SUMMERY-

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Metal Fabricator Helper to assist with the fabrication and assembly of custom metal projects, including gates, railings, stairs, and light structural components.

RESPONSIBILITIES-

Assist fabricators and welders with daily shop tasks

Measure, cut, grind, and prep materials

Support assembly and installation as needed

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Follow instructions - work efficiently - and be willing to learn

REQUIREMENTS-

Experience in metalworking, welding, or fabrication

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to lift materials and work safely around machinery

Reliable transportation (local candidates preferred)
