Job Summary:

We’re a commercial roofing company in the Tampa Bay Area looking for experienced Service Foremen and hardworking Service Helpers. If you’ve got roofing skills, a strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude—we want to hear from you!

Service Foreman – Responsibilities

Supervise and manage service helpers on job sites

Identify leak areas, investigate thoroughly, and make effective repairs

Ensure safety procedures and company regulations are followed

Use technology to complete work orders and timesheets

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Maintain reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Must be bilingual – English & Spanish required

Service Helper – Responsibilities

Follow instructions from the Foreman and assist as needed

Help with roofing repairs, material application, and cleanup

Assist in identifying and fixing roof issues

Adhere to all job site safety rules and procedures

Be reliable, punctual, and ready to work

Remain professional when interacting with customers and teammates

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience (Foreman role)

Proficiency in TPO roofing systems is highly preferred

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Bilingual in English & Spanish – required

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction
