The purpose of the Wholesale Remarketing Processor is to support the Remarketing Directors and reps with administrative processes. By assisting the Remarketing team with arbitrations, titles, location changes on sold vehicles, retail offers, reporting and in-lane auction leads, it will increase efficiency and rep productivity. Pulling admirative duties away from reps will allow them more time to grow their business via sales calls and help increase turnaround time on arbitration units for resale. This will allow the Dealer Direct management team more time to focus their attention on developing/training reps with sales and selling techniques to increase productivity. Process refund documents for all Dealer Direct Transactions. Submit arbitration requests to Fleet Accounting. Log and document negotiations of vehicle arbitration settlements with Manager and buyer. Submit documents for arbitration requests to Fleet Accounting. Verify settlements comply within operating procedures.

Assist in monitoring and reporting dashboards for past due Bills of Sale, Auction, Direct,

Process Smart Auction sales through Dealer Direct.

Assist title tracking on Dealer Direct transactions.

Assist corporate account team with tracking titles, vehicle location changes, arbitrations

Coordinate vehicle pick up for arbitrations and funded units for corporate account

Follow up with vehicle/title return on full arbs after initiated by reps. (high performing reps)

Review low grade auction buyers and sold at auction report and distribute to reps

Review Idle pre-approved BOS’s and send emails to fleet pool managers

Assist with CRM/Blue screen look up for DMS retail offers

Monitoring DDSUPPORT inbox

Help with DMS duplicate dealers clean up

Aged auction signed BOS’s

Help track funded missing units

Helping with getting supplier forms completed by DMS accounts

Pricing exception reports (cars not priced)

New hire login’s (AutoIMS, MMR, CT, BYN Mellon, V-Auto, check scanners)

Educational Background:

2 years of college education with associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Professional Experience:

Car rental or fleet experience preferred

Insurance or subrogation experience preferred

Title experience preferred

Accounts Payable experience preferred

Account Management experience preferred

Knowledge:

Understanding of insurance industry policy

Understanding of wholesale auction disposal process with internet transactions

Understanding of damage estimation practices and internal policies

Carrent, Vision, Oracle and ASAP knowledge preferred

Skills:

Well-developed verbal and written communication skills

Teamwork is a must to complete tasks and reach goals

Well-developed organizational skills

Works well under pressure to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and as a team member

MS Office with emphasis on Excel
