Support workforce development efforts for the defense industrial base sector to include stakeholder engagement and strategic planning & implementation

Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

Support various public sector clients and stakeholders in their human capital transformation and workforce development efforts

Participate in team problem-solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports

Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products

Assist in proposal development, as requested

Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

Lead projects and workstreams

Handle strategic planning and implementation

Oversee professional development of junior staff

Bachelor's Degree Required

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Ability to travel up to 50%-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

8 + years of workforce development experience

Preferred:

Active U.S. government security clearance

1 + year of experience in management consulting

1+ year of defense industrial base or manufacturing sector experience
