Yacht Broker - Manager Position

The position looks for one person who wishes to expand in experience relating to the yacht and brokering industry. To start, all you need is a determination to learn & grow in challenging environments and be able to understand instruction when given. No previous experience is required, as you will be taught the processes and procedures in accordance with AFYS Brokerage.

Looking for a young & energetic person that is not afraid to work 7 days a week and drive wherever,whenever.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

One who specializes in attention to detail with a sense of urgency to complete some but not limited to the following tasks:

· It is of utmost significance to maintain contact with management to assist with any and all tasks

· Responding to inquiries and leads with a sense of urgency

· Acquiring quality listings with an understanding of the current market

· Daily check of recently listed vessels to match our inventory

· Collecting information of yachts for an accurate and detailed listing

· Maintaining healthy relationships between clients and the company

· Showing boats and taking part in Surveys & Sea Trials

Requirements & Expectations

· Able to work in the United States

· Reliable transportation to the office location (9:00am-5pm/Mon-Fri), and various vessel appointments/showings

· Must have a cellular device & laptop

· Staying connected and easily reachable throughout the day

· Naturally quick response time

· Availability to work after hours (if necessary)

· Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel

-Basic knowledge of boats is a MUST
