A Public Sector client of ours is looking for Accela System Administrator to work on their ongoing project in Atlanta, GA office.
Below are the additional details of this role:Required Skills:We need a minimum of 8+Years hands on experience in the following.- Minimum three years of current, professional IT development experience
- Ability to generate simple and complex SQL queries from a specification document using PL/SQL (Oracle) syntax
- Experience creating and formatting reports using Crystal Reports
- Experiencing developing custom functionality using JavaScript
- Experience creating custom database views
- Database and file management techniques
- Providing direct customer support and end user training
- Troubleshooting complex application, integration and performance issues
- Conducting root cause analysis and providing solutions that minimize the impact to the business
- Recommend and draft standards, policies and procedures that promote a stable and sustainable enterprise application environment
- Experience with Accela platform, including Automation, Citizen Access, and Data Manager is desirable
- Knowledge of the Accela database schema or aptitude to quickly learn
- Establish and maintain working relationships with employees, agencies, and vendors
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- Work with software vendors, contractors and industry experts in a lead role
