- Service multiple clients concurrently
- Single Point of Contact for assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Ensure customers receive requested products and services in a consistent and timely fashion
- Communicate/escalate customer needs and demands
- Identify opportunities and collaborate with Sales team to grow business with existing customers, including upselling and cross-selling
- Use available tools, e.g. Salesforce, to keep records of client transactions
- Identify, track and report customer account metrics
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, tradeshows and conferences
- Travel, as needed
- Adhere to company and department policies / procedures and business ethics codes
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- BA/BS Degree preferred
- Minimum three years recent and relevant Account Management experience
- Payroll/Payroll Tax background
- Client-Focused
