- Working with GP business and IT teams that are both India-based and US-based
- Collaborate with team (process leads, vendors, solution integrators etc.) to clarify vision and scope
- Collaborate with peers, stakeholders and project team to secure commitments and respectfully hold them accountable.
- Applying business analysis principles to elicit, understand, document, and prioritize the requirements. This may require leading meetings/workshops.
- Analyze business challenges, objectives and develop as is/to-be process diagrams.
- Assist with the interpretation of user requirements into feasible options and communicating this back to stakeholders.
- Understand and document integration points impacting areas of responsibilities.
- Work with stake holders to document user acceptance, test criteria, and conduct validation activities
- Develop test cases, execute test plans, log defects, develop functional design specifications including workflow, validation, and logic requirements. Ensure designs can be traced back to requirements.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements
- Work with stake holders to define technical configuration and enhancement requirements for the tools
- Leading Design Phase: Wireframe workshops and documentation of requirements
- Strong knowledge of M3 fields and tables
- Can write functional specs and test scenarios
- SQL queries knowledge
- Understand database structure of M3
- Direct experience with PowerBI and SQL is a plus
- Experience with in-house data models is a plus
- Field mapping for reports
