Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in Atlanta, Georgia. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity within our organization. As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be tasked with various responsibilities, including processing invoices, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring the accuracy of payments and financial documents. Responsibilities:CANDIDATE MUST HAVE PRIOR NETSUITE EXPERIENCE! Efficiently process and post business transactions and invoices Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables for the organization Ensure the accuracy of financial documents for payment, auditing, and tax purposes Monitor and safeguard the organization against unintentional overpayment Timely payment of obligations to vendors Investigate and clarify any questionable invoice items, prices, or receiving signatures Review and compile invoices for payment Maintain necessary voucher, invoice, or correspondence copies for files Input daily record keeping in our ERP system, NetSuite Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.Requirements Must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar Proficiency in using NetSuite software is mandatory Must have a solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must possess good problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation Strong computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet, and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Excellent problem solving/judgement skills, and high level of attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
