GHD Digital is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our Digital Experience (DX) business to implement performance and operational initiatives to achieve "best practice" identified by the Global Digital Leadership Team. This role can be open to anyone near a

US GHD Hub office in USA. (Preferred: Atlanta).

The role will:
  • Coordinate North America (NA) Digital Experience (DX) team activities.
  • Schedule and attend various meetings for the DX team. Keep track of the commitments made in the discussions and follow up on those commitments.
  • Assist DX team leads in tracking performance using a balanced scorecard method. Ensure timely completion of monthly reporting.
  • Organize events & travel assist in tracking events attended by the DX team. Help with travel, invoicing, and expenses on an as-needed basis.
  • Ensure timely completion of monthly reporting for Digital Leaders
  • Implement routine tasks and initiatives of quality, compliance, performance, and Health / Safety / Environment (HSE), working closely with team leaders in each respective business function.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and navigate shifting priorities.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications:
  • College diploma or University degree
  • 5+ years experience coordinating activities, events, or projects in a team setting
  • High level of comfort with computers, software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability and patience to help others understand what needs to be done
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies
  • Ambition to build and develop a career
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work under limited supervision
  • Very organized, with the ability to navigate constantly shifting priorities
  • Attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a collaborative team-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive and lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
