This position provides administrative and clerical support in a variety of areas including:Assist with the generation of reports including data gathering via the computer system, printed reports or other available information.Prepare and submit weekly reports.Searching for and investigating information contained in files, maintaining a file tracking system, keeping files current and supplying information from file data or remove files upon request; purging files in accordance with local, State and Federal regulations.Collect program eligibility documents and schedule intake appointments.Covering the reception and career center areas, answering phones, greeting customers and assisting job seekers, on an as needed basis.Ordering Supplies through various vendors and tracking/submitting receipts.Copying, Filing, Record keeping, Data entry.Routine correspondence and prepare reports.Providing administrative support and completing special projects assigned by the director and managers.HR duties include:Posting open positions in applicant tracking system and assisting with screening applications.Works with Regional HR to assure all pre-screening (background, drug screen and Form I9) are completed prior to hire.Onboards new hire on Day 1 guiding each hire into The Beat, ADP and digital learning.Monitors driving files ensuring proof of valid driver’s license and valid automobile insurance is on file for each employee marked as a driver for the project.Ensures departing employees receive separation information.Assists with timekeeping to ensure proper payroll processing.
