Administrative Assistant (Serious candidates ONLY)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide
direct support to the ownership team that operates multiple properties. The ideal candidate is a
proactive self-starter and independent thinker with strong problem-solving skills, able to
anticipate needs, make sound decisions under minimal supervision, and manage multiple
priorities while maintaining confidentiality. They are dependable and adaptable professionals
who communicate effectively across diverse settings with empathy and professionalism. This role
requires flexibility with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, ensuring seamless daily operations.
Draft, prepare, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, memos, invoices,
reports, and other professional documents.
Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, interviews, and
events.
Attend meetings on behalf of owners, taking detailed notes and preparing accurate
minutes.
Serve as a liaison between owners, staff, clients, and vendors/ contractors' while
maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Review, prioritize, and summarize incoming communication and memos for leadership.
Organize and maintain records, files, contracts and databases with strict confidentiality.
Assist with office management tasks, including ordering supplies and coordinating vendor
needs.
Provide support for financial tracking, expense reports related to property operations.
Maintain and assist with expense tracking for monthly cost per residential property.
Provide support on special projects and additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and
prioritize effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and virtual collaboration tools
(Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.).
Ability to work with seniors and/or individuals with disabilities.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Effective time management with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Ability to travel as required.
Must be willing to work in a hybrid setting. (May have to travel between multiple properties)
Must have a laptop, cell phone, own transportation.
Be available Monday- Friday 8am-6pm.
Part Time/ Full Time position
Pay is $15.00/hr
We prefer someone that lives within the Dekalb/ Conyers areas.
