Job Title: AEM Content Author

Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content admin/content author.
  • Work in a cross-channel environment publishing content for desktop/laptop and mobile devices.
  • Work with the creative team to help manage copy and creative assets via DAM (Digital Asset Manager).
  • Ensure professional-quality content for fiserv.com, microsites, marketing campaign pages and other cross-channel websites.
  • Collaborate with Brand, design, and digital copy to ensure excellent online copy and design
  • Edit a variety of digital content as needed, including marketing pages, informational content, navigational elements, forms.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, business lines, UX and Search Engine Optimization peers to create world-class customer experiences
  • Evaluate and test standardization and quality of page components.
  • Strong organization, project management, problem solving, and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
  • Very adaptable, and able to handle multiple competing priorities and duties in a fast-paced, results-driven, time-critical environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional resources and work well in a distributed environment
  • Prior experience authoring content for an enterprise website(s).
  • Experience with Adobe CMS content authoring, wireframes, and design/prototyping.
  • Past wireless and/or digital marketing/eCommerce experience a plus
  • Assist in gathering requirements and assessing content authoring needs of a given project
  • Work with digital team to understand AEM components and content fragments.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, collaborate and synthesize feedback across multi-disciplinary teams such as product, strategy, marketing and / or creative teams
  • Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
