- Supporting the delivery team under the whole acquisition program
- Being accountable for the delivery system processes, in alignment with the Enterprise Technology Lean/Agile toolkit
- Establishing and maintaining core team / delivery team synchronization in partnership with Scrum Masters and Project Managers
- Serving as a critical link between Integration's delivery systems to identify and remove obstacles in both planning and delivery
- Defining and governing transparent data quality (in Rally) in partnership with core team members and delivery system Scrum Masters
- 5-7 years of Scrum, preferably Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience
- Experience in Lean design and implementation
- Experience in Program and Project Management to achieve long-term outcomes
- Experience with acquisitions and integrations
- Bachelor's degree (with work experience in IT organizations)
